Aquesta mesura forma part de la&nbsp;<strong>Llei Antifrau (Llei 11\/2021)<\/strong>&nbsp;i t\u00e9 com a objectiu augmentar la transpar\u00e8ncia i el control sobre les operacions econ\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Verifactu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Verifactu<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s el sistema regulat per l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria que estableix noves exig\u00e8ncies en la&nbsp;<strong>generaci\u00f3, conservaci\u00f3 i tra\u00e7abilitat de les factures<\/strong>. El seu objectiu principal \u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>evitar la manipulaci\u00f3 de factures<\/strong>&nbsp;i refor\u00e7ar el control sobre els ingressos reals d\u2019empreses i professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canvis clau amb Verifactu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb la implantaci\u00f3 de Verifactu, totes les factures hauran de comptar amb un&nbsp;<strong>historial verificable<\/strong>, que inclogui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data d\u2019emissi\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Destinatari de la factura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estat de la factura (emesa, pagada, anul\u00b7lada, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, el&nbsp;<strong>software de facturaci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;haur\u00e0 de garantir la&nbsp;<strong>tra\u00e7abilitat, seguretat<\/strong>&nbsp;i la comunicaci\u00f3 directa amb l\u2019<strong>Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria (AEAT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui s\u2019ha d\u2019adaptar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La normativa afecta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empreses i persones aut\u00f2nomes<\/strong>\u00a0de tot l\u2019Estat, excepte Pa\u00eds Basc i Navarra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquells que emetin factures amb\u00a0<strong>software inform\u00e0tic<\/strong>\u00a0i que no estiguin acollits al\u00a0<strong>SII<\/strong>\u00a0ni exempts per resoluci\u00f3 expressa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendari d\u2019implantaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fabricants de software:<\/strong>\u00a0Adaptaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria abans del\u00a0<strong>29 de juliol de 2025<\/strong>.
