{"id":10558,"date":"2026-01-08T08:36:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T07:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sellaresga.com\/?p=10558"},"modified":"2025-12-15T17:38:15","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T16:38:15","slug":"noves-obligacions-en-materia-de-prevencio-de-riscos-laborals-per-a-la-llar-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sellaresga.com\/ca\/noves-obligacions-en-materia-de-prevencio-de-riscos-laborals-per-a-la-llar-familiar\/","title":{"rendered":"Noves obligacions en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals per a la llar familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Totes les persones que tinguin\u00a0<strong>personal contractat a la llar familiar<\/strong>\u00a0hauran de complir amb\u00a0<strong>noves obligacions legals en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals<\/strong>, segons el\u00a0<strong>Reial Decret 893\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes mesures reconeixen que el servei prestat a la llar familiar constitueix un&nbsp;<strong>entorn laboral amb drets de protecci\u00f3<\/strong>, i, per tant, cal garantir la seguretat i la salut de les persones treballadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 ha de fer com a persona ocupadora?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avaluar els riscos<\/strong><br>Identificar possibles perills relacionats amb les tasques dom\u00e8stiques com la neteja, la cuina, la cura de persones o l\u2019\u00fas de productes qu\u00edmics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aplicar mesures preventives<\/strong><br>Millorar les condicions de treball: ventilaci\u00f3 adequada, utilitzar productes menys t\u00f2xics i equips de protecci\u00f3 individual (guants, mascaretes, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informar i formar la persona treballadora<\/strong><br>Explicar els riscos i les mesures adoptades. La formaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 gratu\u00efta i es realitzar\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una plataforma p\u00fablica, que entrar\u00e0 en funcionament previsiblement el 2026, segons la Resoluci\u00f3 del Servei P\u00fablic d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 Estatal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconeixement m\u00e8dic<\/strong><br>La persona treballadora t\u00e9 dret a la vigil\u00e0ncia de la salut. L\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019oferir reconeixements m\u00e8dics ser\u00e0 exigible quan el sistema p\u00fablic de salut ho incorpori, tamb\u00e9 previsiblement el 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garantir un entorn segur i lliure de viol\u00e8ncia<\/strong><br>L\u2019INSST elaborar\u00e0 un protocol davant situacions de viol\u00e8ncia i assetjament en el servei de la llar familiar, pendent de publicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com complir amb aquestes obligacions?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eina gratu\u00efta de l\u2019INSST<\/strong><br>A trav\u00e9s de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevencion10.es\/\">Prevencion10<\/a>\u00a0es pot fer l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos i generar el pla preventiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contractar un servei de prevenci\u00f3 ali\u00e8<\/strong><br>Si es prefereix delegar la gesti\u00f3, \u00e9s possible contractar una empresa especialitzada.
