{"id":3680,"date":"2019-04-09T13:04:29","date_gmt":"2019-04-09T11:04:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sellaresga.com\/renta-y-patrimonio-ejercicio-2018\/"},"modified":"2023-03-01T10:32:36","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T10:32:36","slug":"renta-y-patrimonio-ejercicio-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sellaresga.com\/ca\/renta-y-patrimonio-ejercicio-2018-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Renda i Patrimoni exercici 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Com cada any per aquestes dates, ens permetem recordar-li la cita amb Hisenda i l\u2019inici de la campanya de <strong>RENDA I PATRIMONI de l&#8217;exercici 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les declaracions de l\u2019IRPF i Impost sobre el Patrimoni s\u2019han de presentar, per via electr\u00f2nica <strong>a trav\u00e9s d\u2019Internet<\/strong>, entre els dies <strong>2 d\u2019abril i 1 de juliol de 2019<\/strong>, tots dos inclosos, <strong>domiciliant el pagament de la totalitat o del primer termini fins el 26 de juny de 2019. <\/strong>En cas de fraccionar el pagament de l&#8217;IRPF en dos terminis, el segon s&#8217;ha d&#8217;ingressar, com a m\u00e0xim, el dia 5 de novembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principals novetats i alertes que ha de tenir en compte per a la seva declaraci\u00f3 de l\u2019IRPF:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Obligaci\u00f3 de declarar. <\/strong>Estan obligats els contribuents que superin els 22.000 \u20ac anuals, quan procedeixin d\u2019un sol pagador. Quan procedeixin de m\u00e9s d\u2019un pagador, amb excepcions, la quantitat ser\u00e0 de 12.643 \u20ac anuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prestacions per maternitat o paternitat. <\/strong>Amb efectes des del 30 de desembre de 2018 i per a exercicis anteriors no prescrits, estan exemptes: (i) les prestacions per maternitat o paternitat percebudes del r\u00e8gim p\u00fablic de la Seguretat Social; (ii) les prestacions per maternitat o paternitat percebudes de les mutualitats de previsi\u00f3 social que actu\u00efn com a alternatives al r\u00e8gim especial de la Seguretat Social dels treballadors per compte propi o aut\u00f2noms, amb el l\u00edmit de la prestaci\u00f3 m\u00e0xima que reconegui la Seguretat Social per a aquests conceptes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deducci\u00f3 per maternitat. <\/strong>L&#8217;import de la deducci\u00f3 per maternitat es podr\u00e0 incrementar fins a 1.000 \u20ac addicionals quan el contribuent que hi tingui dret hagu\u00e9s satisfet en el per\u00edode impositiu despeses de cust\u00f2dia del fill menor de tres anys en guarderies o centres d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil autoritzats.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/docs.sellaresga.com:8080\/ssf\/s\/readFile\/share\/196\/579118504036215286\/publicLink\/04_mail_annex_renda_exercici_2018_catala.pdf\">Pot consultar la relaci\u00f3 de documents i dades necess\u00e0ries per a la confecci\u00f3 de les declaracions esmentades, que detallem de forma orientativa, mitjan\u00e7ant aquest enlla\u00e7<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es pot posar en contacte amb nosaltres per ampliar aquesta informaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com per <strong>sol\u00b7licitar cita pr\u00e8via amb els assessors<\/strong>, al tel\u00e8fon<strong> 934674467 en horari de 8 a 17 hores de dilluns a dijous i el divendres de 8 a 14 hores.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com cada any per aquestes dates, ens permetem recordar-li la cita amb Hisenda i l\u2019inici de la campanya de RENDA I PATRIMONI de l&#8217;exercici 2018.
