Nova bonificaci\u00f3 en les cotitzacions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Les contractacions indefinides efectuades des de l&#8217;1 d&#8217;abril, permeten aplicar una nova bonificaci\u00f3 en les cotitzacions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Reial Decret Llei 8\/2019 de 8 de mar\u00e7 estableix que, si una empresa signa un contracte indefinit amb un aturat que porti inscrit a l&#8217;oficina d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 almenys 12 mesos dins dels 18 anteriors a la contractaci\u00f3, podr\u00e0 aplicar una nova bonificaci\u00f3. En concret:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La bonificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s de 108,33 euros mensuals (1.300 euros a l&#8217;any) durant tres anys si es contracta un home, i de 125 euros al mes (1.500 euros a l&#8217;any) si es contracta a una dona.<\/li>\n<li>Si el contracte es celebra a temps parcial, la bonificaci\u00f3 es gaudeix de manera proporcional a la jornada de treball pactada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per poder aplicar la bonificaci\u00f3, l&#8217;empresa ha de complir requisits, com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els generals fixats en mat\u00e8ria de bonificacions.<\/li>\n<li>Els espec\u00edfics, com el mantenir l&#8217;empleat almenys tres anys i el nivell d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 assolit durant almenys dos anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si s&#8217;incompleixen aquests requisits s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de retornar l&#8217; incentiu, excepte si l&#8217;incompliment es produeix per acomiadament objectiu o disciplinari procedents, per dimissi\u00f3, per jubilaci\u00f3, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Es poden posar en contacte amb aquest despatx professional per qualsevol dubte o aclariment que puguin tenir respecte d&#8217;aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pot demanar cita pr\u00e8via amb els assessors, tel\u00e8fon 934674467 en horari de 8:00 a 17:00 hores de dilluns a dijous i divendres de 8 a 14:00 hores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les contractacions indefinides efectuades des de l&#8217;1 d&#8217;abril, permeten aplicar una nova bonificaci\u00f3 en les cotitzacions.
