La rendibilitat del lloguer va augmentar m\u00e9s d&#8217;un 10% en els \u00faltims 5 anys."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El lloguer d&#8217;habitatges a Barcelona proporciona una rendibilitat bruta de l&#8217;4,2% a tancament del 2019, un 10,5% superior a la que es donava l&#8217;any 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La rendibilitat mitjana del lloguer brut (preu mitj\u00e0 sense considerar despeses pr\u00f2pies) en relaci\u00f3 amb el valor d&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 (preu mitj\u00e0 incrementat amb les despeses d&#8217;adquisici\u00f3) se situa al desembre de 2019 en 4,2%.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 amb desembre de 2018 s&#8217;ha produ\u00eft un increment de l&#8217;3,9%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La rendibilitat aix\u00ed calculada se situa per sobre de l&#8217;4% des de mitjans de l&#8217;any 2016, sent aquesta, per tant, molt superior a productes financers tradicionals com dip\u00f2sits a termini fix (IPF) que amb prou feines van aconseguir a oferir rendibilitats superiors a l&#8217;0,2% en 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellaresga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/20200131_ImagePostEvolucioPreusImmobiliaria_1-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3910 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sellaresga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/20200131_ImagePostEvolucioPreusImmobiliaria_1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"247\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El preu mitj\u00e0 del lloguer a Barcelona ciutat se situa al desembre de 2019 en 16,5 \u20ac \/ m2.
