del <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> per part del Govern, no contempla la interrupci\u00f3 dels terminis per a la presentaci\u00f3 de les declaracions de RENDA i PATRIMONI del 2019 i com cada any per aquestes dates, ens permetem recordar-li la cita amb Hisenda i l\u2019inici de la<strong> CAMPANYA DE RENDA I PATRIMONI. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les declaracions de l\u2019IRPF i Impost sobre el Patrimoni s\u2019han de presentar, per via electr\u00f2nica <strong>a trav\u00e9s d\u2019Internet<\/strong>, entre els dies <strong>1 d\u2019abril i 30 de juny de 2020<\/strong>, ambd\u00f3s inclosos, <strong>domiciliant el pagament de la totalitat o del primer termini fins el 25 de juny de 2020. <\/strong>En cas de fraccionar el pagament de l&#8217;IRPF en dos terminis, el segon s&#8217;ha d&#8217;ingressar, com a m\u00e0xim, el dia 5 de novembre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Pot consultar la relaci\u00f3 de documents i dades necess\u00e0ries per a la confecci\u00f3 de les declaracions esmentades, que detallem de forma orientativa, mitjan\u00e7ant aquest enlla\u00e7 a <a href=\"http:\/\/docs.sellaresga.com:8080\/ssf\/s\/readFile\/share\/216\/4445703330383850190\/publicLink\/04_annex_renda_exercici_2019.pdf\"><strong>Documentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principals novetats de la campanya d\u2019aquest any:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>RENDIMENTS CAPITAL IMMOBILIARI<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Es crea un nou annex de complementaci\u00f3 volunt\u00e0ria, en el que els contribuents podran consignar el NIF dels prove\u00efdors de determinades despeses, aix\u00ed com el seu import.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>RENDIMENTS D\u2019ACTIVITATS ECON\u00d2MIQUES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Es clarifiquen determinades despeses, com per exemple, identificaci\u00f3 de la variaci\u00f3 d\u2019exist\u00e8ncies de l\u00b4exercici, desgl\u00f2s m\u00e9s ampli de les despeses de personal, diferenciaci\u00f3 de despeses per primes d\u2019assegurances i les dotacions per amortitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019immobilitzat material i immaterial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des de la declaraci\u00f3 de l\u2019estat d\u2019alarma, estem treballant plenament operatius des dels nostres domicilis i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en general es fa<\/strong> <strong>EXCLUSIVAMENT PER MITJANS TELEM\u00c0TICS<\/strong> (correu electr\u00f2nic, tel\u00e8fon, xarxes socials).<\/p>\n<p><strong>A partir del dilluns
