Recorda, nova pol\u00edtica de cookies i el seu imminent venciment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El proppassat mes de juliol, l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Espanyola de Protecci\u00f3 de Dades (AEPD) va publicar nova guia sobre l\u2019\u00fas de les cookies on mitjan\u00e7ant la mateixa, s\u2019estableixen noves mesures que endureixen l\u2019\u00fas de les cookies donant com a termini m\u00e0xim per la seva implementaci\u00f3 el <strong>31 d\u2019octubre de 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La finalitat d\u2019aquesta nova guia \u00e9s adaptar les Directrius sobre el consentiment que foren modificades el mes de maig d\u2019aquest any pel Comit\u00e8 Europeu de Protecci\u00f3 de Dades.<\/p>\n<p>Quins s\u00f3n aquests canvis?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A partir del 31 d\u2019octubre restar\u00e0 prohibit l\u2019opci\u00f3 de recavar el consentiment mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019opci\u00f3 \u201cseguir navegant\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Es prohibeix l\u2019\u00fas de les cookies walls, \u00e9s a dir, els baners que bloquegen el contingut de l\u2019espai web a l\u2019espera que les persones usu\u00e0ries acceptin les cookies i puguin accedir al contingut pr\u00e8viament bloquejat i no oferir una alternativa al consentiment. L\u2019AEPD accepta puguin existir sup\u00f2sits en els quals sigui necessari acceptar les cookies per accedir a l\u2019espai web o per la utilitzaci\u00f3 total o parcial del servei, per\u00f2 en aquests casos, ser\u00e0 obligatori una adequada informaci\u00f3 i oferir una alternativa d\u2019acc\u00e9s al servei sense necessitat d\u2019acceptar l\u2019\u00fas de les cookies.<\/li>\n<li>Es modifiquen i aclareixen aspectes relatius als m\u00e8todes per informar a les persones usu\u00e0ries sobre la revocaci\u00f3 del consentiment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019AEPD va establir un per\u00edode transitori de tres mesos per l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests nous criteris, concedint a les empreses un termini que finalitza el 31 d\u2019octubre per la seva adaptaci\u00f3 a les noves directrius.<\/p>\n<p>Finalitzada aquesta data l\u00edmit, l\u2019AEPD podr\u00e0 estar en disposici\u00f3 de sancionar per incorrecta gesti\u00f3 de les cookies.
