Durant dos anys, l&#8217;informant estar\u00e0 protegit davant les mesures que poguessin adoptar-se com a repres\u00e0lia per la informaci\u00f3 revelada.<\/p><p>Les empreses tenen per davant uns mesos per adoptar nous sistemes d&#8217; informaci\u00f3 i coordinar aquests canals amb altres protocols, codis i pol\u00edtiques internes que puguin tenir.<\/p><p>La finalitat de la norma \u00e9s la de protegir les persones que en un context laboral o professional, detectin infraccions penals o administratives greus o molt greus i les comuniquin mitjan\u00e7ant els mecanismes regulats en aquesta.<\/p><p>El termini per a aix\u00f2 \u00e9s de 3 mesos des de la data d&#8217;entrada en vigor de la Llei per a les empreses amb m\u00e9s de 249 persones treballadores en plantilla i fins a l&#8217;1 de desembre de 2023 per a les empreses amb una plantilla d&#8217;entre 50 i 249 persones treballadores.<\/p><p>No existeix un \u00fanic canal d&#8217; informaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que les comunicacions o informacions de les infraccions o irregularitats es podran canalitzar a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p><ul><li>El canal intern de l&#8217;<\/li><li>El canal extern o Autoritat Independent de Protecci\u00f3 a l&#8217;Informant (AAI).<\/li><li>Revelaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica en plataformes web, xarxes socials, mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, quan les vies internes o extern no hagin funcionat, existeixi una amena\u00e7a imminent per a l&#8217; inter\u00e8s p\u00fablic, o existeixi risc de repres\u00e0lies o de no tractament efectiu.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si es troba en aquesta situaci\u00f3 o desitja rebre assessorament sobre aix\u00f2, no dubti a posar-se en contacte amb nosaltres, l&#8217;ajudarem en tot el que necessiti.
