{"id":7376,"date":"2023-05-30T09:37:17","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T09:37:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sellaresga.com\/?p=7376"},"modified":"2023-05-30T09:37:18","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T09:37:18","slug":"llei-28-2022-foment-de-lecosistema-dempreses-emergents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sellaresga.com\/ca\/llei-28-2022-foment-de-lecosistema-dempreses-emergents\/","title":{"rendered":"Llei 28\/2022, foment de l&#8217;ecosistema d&#8217;empreses emergents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El passat dia 22 de desembre es va publicar en el BOE la Llei 28\/2022 de foment de l&#8217;ecosistema de les empreses emergents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta Llei t\u00e9 com a objectiu establir un marc normatiu per a dona suport a la creaci\u00f3 i creixement d&#8217;empreses emergents (startups), aix\u00ed com establir un sistema de seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 dels resultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les empreses que vulguin acollir-se als beneficis previstos en la Llei, hauran de sol\u00b7licitar a ENISA (Empresa Nacional de Innovaci\u00f3n SME, S.A.) que avalu\u00ef totes les caracter\u00edstiques de la seva empresa i el seu car\u00e0cter innovador.
