What's new with RD 316/2026?
RD 316/2026 opens two new extraordinary ways of arraigo (DA 20ª and DA 21ª) with a deadline of 30 June 2026. If your situation fits, it is advisable to act soon: it requires specific documentation and a feasibility diagnosis before filing.
How much does a procedure cost?
The fees are set according to the procedure and the difficulty of the specific case, according to established rates. We give a closed quote after the initial interview, with no surprises afterwards.
Do you work with companies that need to hire foreign workers?
Yes. We process contracts at origin, initial authorisations, renewals and modifications. We work in coordination with our labor area so that the incorporation of the worker is agile and in accordance with the regulations.
Can I apply for Spanish nationality with you?
Yes. We process Spanish nationality both in person at the Civil Registry and electronically at the Ministry of Justice, including the preparation of documents and the monitoring of the file.
What happens to my situation if I am an EU citizen but my family is not?
We process residence permits for non-EU family members of EU citizens and for non-EU spouses of Spanish citizens. Each situation requires specific documentation that we review with you from the beginning.
