How long does each course last and how is it taught?
Each course is 4 hours online, self-paced, accessible 24/7 from any device. The participant progresses through modules with videos, practical cases, downloadable materials and final test.
Is it subsidized by FUNDAE?
Yes. We take care of all the management: prior review of the available credit, registration of the course, official communications, time control and justification. Your company only confirms participants.
What does the student get at the end?
A certificate of achievement/final diploma per participant, valid as formative evidence against inspections, audits or requirements.
What happens if a worker does not finish the course on time?
It has an assigned tutor to answer questions and help complete the course. The company dashboard allows you to see each participant’s progress and take action if someone falls behind.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
In the non-subsidized modality there is no minimum. In the FUNDAE subsidised we adjust the group to the available credit of your company. We confirm it in the personalized proposal.
Can I combine the two courses in the same period?
Yes. They are complementary courses and can be subsidized together. Many companies hire them en bloc to cover LOPDGDD and Equality in the same training plan.
